Products are offered in a wide range of specifications to meet client requirements. Bars and hollow bars are stocked as forged or as rolled as well as in a range of Normalised/Quenched and Tempered conditions. CRA Alloys can also be supplied and are mainly used in sour service applications. All materials can be supplied sawn to length, rough machined or finished machined to drawings.
For larger more complex components, we can offer a turnkey supply manufactured by Mills under our close supervision and to many universally approved standards. We are able to supply materials with the optimum mechanical properties from each grade by using only the best heat treatment facilities available and testing in approved third party laboratories.
Solid Bars
Linell International Forged Alloys stock a wide range of rolled and forged solid round bar. Main grades stocked are AISI 4130, 4140, 8630M and ASTM A182 F22.
Sizes currently range from 1″ diameter up to 26″ diameter although we can supply up to 36″ diameter through our partnerships. Larger dimensions and forged shapes can be manufactured to suit.
Hollow Bars, Blocks & Shapes
A range of forged, Q&T and machined hollow bars in ASTM A182 F22 is held (dimensions on application). Blocks can be supplied as forged, rough sawn, rough machined and heat treated and tested to customer specifications. Almost any shape can be supplied either from direct forging or machined from bar stock.
Machined Components
Through our wide range of subcontract machine shops, we can offer to supply either rough machined components or full turnkey supply to finished dimensions including all hot working processes and heat treatment etc.
Steel Grades
The following grades are available from stock and can be sawn in the following conditions:
- Bar stock sawn to length
- Rough machined to size

- Low Alloys: 4130, 4140, 4145, 8630 Mod, F22 Mod
- Stainless Steels: F51 Duplex, F55 Super Duplex, 316L 410
- Nickel Alloys: Alloy 625, Alloy 718, Alloy 825
